Several days ago, it was with the best of intentions that I mistimed a statement that we expected to put out news on Friday and then on Monday. This was due to a specific event which I expected to be finalized and announced. Although I had the best of intentions in mind, this has not been the case.
While we have been working diligently on a situation which we feel has the potential to have a significant impact on the company, I failed to realize that when working on real projects with unrelated third parties, some times things take longer than anticipated. And to this end, I sincerely apologize for the mistiming of my statement.
However, the lack of news on Monday should not, in any way or shape, be perceived as a negative. To the contrary, we have never been more excited and optimistic about the future of High Performance Beverage and expect to be able to share in our excitement within the coming weeks.
Additionally, while we work towards the success of our latest venture and also in finally bringing our product to market, I will be curtailing my Instagram and Tweets at the insistence of Joe Vazquez who runs our IR dept.
