KSWW- I wonder what's holding them back-

Normally, a company which just got a $16M contract on top of a $17M contract weeks before with record $100M backlog, with a 10 PE going forward fully taxed, and with AMEX listing pending, would be skyrocketing. With 330K shares traded today, I'm very surprised the stock is only up 5%! Anyone have any ideas why the stock isn't moving better on so much positive news lately? Wade
