Now you want a signature? It's a town council document. They don't need town approval to use that land to produce medical marijuana. They need a license through Health Canada. The town only has to approve the buildings and their zoning, which they did as shown. They never had bylaws inplace beforehand to deal with special zoning for facilities applying for an MMPR. The only reason that CENBiotech even had to bring it up to town was because the regulations say you must notify the township of your intent. Which they did.. In 2013.
