You and I both know the permit does not say medical marijuana facility, that's because that isn't how you apply under an MMPR. They were given permits for agricultural buildings, which Health Canada deems to be fit for the production of medicinal marijuana. There are also town council letters showing and stating that they have correct zoning and that they are zoned as "Agricultural Use -Value Added" which suits the requirements of an MMPR. In the same document (even partially on the same page) it also states that CENBiotech has the intent of producing medical marijuana and has applied for a license through Health Canada. That is more than enough evidence right there. No more silly word games, it's blatantly obvious that they are protected under legal non-conforming use and have all the required proof.
