That shareholder letter has got to be the most pathetic thing I have ever read! It's pleading and whining makes me chuckle. Face it you got taken! Your "partner" TPL/ Alliacense ripped you off and got away with it because it was not in writing that he could not commingle the MMP with his other patents and discount yours to sell his. I am sure he has many ideas to continue ripping you off in the future. Your board of directors is either clueless or corrupt and there is no way for shareholders to change that. Sell your stock and save yourselves the trouble. There is no way you will make out here. Even if you somehow win the HTC appeal Lecrone or his son running Alliacense (which Lecrone actually owns and is run out of the very same office suite as TPL) will continue to find ways to rip you off. I bet you PTSC is actually paying the legal bill and expenses for all Alliacense activity even non MMP patent licensing.
