The fact that Dick Weed, former Director and former Corporate Counsel was in the position he was in at Livewire should make even the most naive individual raise an eyebrow.

For anyone reading the recent arrest of Dick Weed, former Director and Counsel of Livewire, for pumping out unregistered shares, fugazy security instruments, the PumpnDumps etc can extrapolate that the SEC will be, has or is in the process of investigating LVVV for similar transactions.

It's my opinion they will find it.
