Well that is where our opinions differ.87% of the share holders signed the the registration...basically 87M shares believes that there is significant value in the IP at ubiq. They have till the 26th to state they have signed with a national underwriter...we have 2.5 weeks left of this stand off to see who is ultimately correct.

ALL UBIQ executives...lets get this done!!!!
