I asked Chris about the ads and this is what he said

"We have been implementing ad server software with a few ad partners that creates a waterfall for both video and display ads. This means that we will increase the fill rates (% of opportunities filled with ads) and the paid rates. But, it is very complicated and involves all of our ad networks. Consequently, we will see periods if disruption during the integration."
