You misunderstood my post. I didn't say that retail got shares @.0001. I said that shares are sold to retail (bid whacked) in small lots @.0002. When the broker dealer completes the sale of a large lot for a customer (in the case a note converter) through sales of small lots to retail, he then has to buy the total number of shares sold in the large lot from the customer whom he is selling for. He is naked short until that purchase (cover) is made. He keeps as profit agreed upon fees so the trade shown to clear his books of the NS shows at a price less than the price he sold the shares for.

It's not that complicated. Don't over think it or allow your mind to be polluted by any BS you may have heard before. Or it you have a lot of time to burn, just go to FINRA's website and search it out for the info you need.

Trading/investing without chart analysis is like bringing a knife to a gunfight.
