An unbiased party would conclude that the market is not impressed by UTRM's dabbling with Live Streaming Video.
If the market were impressed, you would have seen a pps gain on heavy volume.
This stock is watched. It's not like there are a lot of people that do not know about it. And, the people who are watching are not getting in now. Not impressed imo.
