(the “Company” or “Abattis”) (OTCQX: ATTBF) (CSE: ATT), wishes to advise its shareholders that the U.S. Federal Court in Washington State has this morning declined to exercise federal jurisdiction over the Company’s recently announced claims. As predicted in the ruling, the Company is in preparations to immediately refile its complaint and seek a temporary restraining order on an emergency basis in Washington state court. Unlike the federal system, Washington state courts generally align more closely with state law on claims based on disputes within the Marijuana industry. The Company will keep shareholders informed as information becomes available throughout the day.
