I thought it was very odd. I have always figured that the CEO's wanted it out of conservatorship as badly as the shareholders do. But after that remark, it's obvious they don't. They seem to like having the freedom of not having to answer to shareholders. That's not good. But again, it could be something they are told to say. Who knows
