From my understanding/ best guess, the shares entering the market were already "sold" as convertible debt. The last 10Q showed 3.6b outstanding and 3.5b authorized. I was assuming holders were trying to lock the A/S so that they couldn't keep dumping until a SH meeting raised the A/S. Clearly I was wrong and I am now holding an overpriced lottery ticket. GLTA.
