You are correct. However, I think it's important to note that NTEK retired over 250M shares last year, while reducing debt and a/s at the same time.

So, basically we are close to the same share structure before the reductions, all new shares are restricted, and the company has grown exponentially in the meantime.

That is always the trade-off with public companies; balance the need to reduce s/s with need to acquire talent and grow the company through mergers.

Bottom line is as investors in NTEK we hold faith that the company is using its shares as currency to strengthen our position, and our investment grows as the company grows.
