Pitboss, since I am not management I do not have a copy to 8 page judges written statement. Mr. Valentine obviously has a copy and he can post that to his base less minerals website. That way everybody on this board can see what the judge wrote. That is fair.

If Mr. Valentine wants to show the truth, then he should post this on to his website.

By the way his latest fraud case means nothing. He filed this fraud case while the ownership case was being disputed. Basically he stated that the directors committed fraud because they didn't own the property. Well we now know that the judge agreed that mabwe owns the property. So there is absolutely no case!
