I guess!!!! You could fill in the blank with about every penny stock on the market and come to the same conclusion IMO.
I am looking at one now that is resurrecting from no bid .0001 and has massive amounts of volume and VFIN sitting on ASK at 10,000. I don't see VFIN or VNDM selling here, but, you can never tell what will happen in Pennyland!
