I am no expert on anything but friends do tell me I have a lot of common sense and insight. So I am gonna say this and if some of you want to jump on me, well go ahead, I may be wrong. I think we are all about to see one of those "once-in-a-lifetime" flips and this thing is gonna fly. Why? Because this thing has been going on for a long time now. The people who live around this facility are not stupid, they probably have followed the stock price and read the I-Hub just like everyone else. I think they knew what was happening and this is "COULD" all be a carefully crafted plan. The stock price in in the gutter now. So what is to keep certain people from buying up this stock and then suddenly the whole thing gets "re-zoned" and those "Certain people" get Rich?
Then again maybe this is just an old Jarhead's overly-active imagination. :)
