AMERIRESOURCE TECHNOLOGIES and BZCN name change. CANNAGROW HOLDINGS, INC. (CGRW) are affiliates. It states it plainly in the Quarterly Report filed on August 15, 2014:
"NOTE B – ACQUISITION
On June 28, 2006, the Company entered into a purchase agreement, ("Agreement"), with Green Endeavors LTD., formerly Net2Auction, Inc., to acquire a 100% interest in BizAuctions, Corp., and issued to its parent 50,000,000 shares of restricted common stock and 9,000,000 shares of Series A Preferred stock to its former parent Green Endeavors LTD., formerly Net2Auction, Inc., and 3,000,000 of Series A Preferred stock to its affiliate AmeriResource Technologies, Inc., for a total of 12,000,000 shares of Series A Preferred stock."
