Maybe the funding info is not available to everyone, I thought it was public somewhere though, maybe not. I would hate to flat out say something is going to happen, like retiring shares, because even though I believe my info is accurate, you never know if the CEO will change his mind or exact details might be different. I don't want to get the company in trouble for releasing info they shouldn't either. I will say that I am looking forward to seeing the progress of this company being announced as possible.
