It looks good on paper. But lets think about this, would you sell your company that has made $8million for $300, 000? No. And the other one they recently PR'd on has almost 20mil in revs and m line is going to buy them for 5mil? If you really put any thought into it you will see that these "aquisitions" just may be a straight out lie. No one is going to sell a company for less than what its making in a year. We have a month + overdue 10k which we know from aPR reflects a loss. Less and less PR's about anything. A share price thats gone from .04 to .0004 in a year. And a 9 billion share increase in the next month because it's the only way to pay their lender. They will most likely raise the A/S, run a few promo's and do a huge R/S. All my opinion of coarse
