An 8k is meant to confirm whether something is true or false.

But Treaty have issued no 8k since March 17th 2014 when Treaty Board of Directors resigned leaving CEO Andrew Reid in charge.

There is a rumour that Treaty have a new CEO and Board of Directors but I have been unable to confirm that from 8ks either.
