Years and Years??? Charges brought March 2011 and was settled April 2013. And it's far from over if the 1.5 mill in penalty's have not been paid or if they have not stopped selling securities in Canada. There is also the US agency's that I believe are looking into some of Marco's dealings and connections with Blackburn and Treaty.
