.0004 is a steal if people do their research and think about it. However, people are greedy and think relative, but short term relative. Ie: they compare .0004 to .0003 and think they're paying 33% extra. What they should be doing is thinking longer term relative and comparing .0004 to say .001 (conservatively!). We all fall into this trap occassionaly as we greedily never want to fill at ask. Silly us. I believe that .0004 will have more than generous returns.
