The shots below the belt have been crazy on this site. One thing we do need to make you all know is 87M shares are locked up, maybe more. The 13M that did not sign the registration have nearly sold out since September 27th. The downward pressure is going to let up. UBIQ has till the 26th of NOV to have selected an underwriter. That will big a HUGE step. Not to mention DD happens before one is selected so the January 31st milestone should be locked up well in advance of its time table.

There may be some personal history with some people on this site with the Carmicheals and others. My request is lets keep it to the facts. There have been some great analysis of the public records and I have appreciate those efforts.

For those that part of the 87% I have complied a list of Q’s direct for other investors I have reviewed that list directly with Chris. I made it clear that it is very important for he and Nick to host a conference to address those questions and give us the answers we are all looking for. This should happen in the next two weeks. The will also do a direct demo of the Sprocket so we can all see this product in action.

Personally I believe we are near a bottom and for those that are in the 87 we should start to see what we have excepted sometime ago.
