(OTC:IDGC) is pleased to announce that it has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) today to begin the due diligence process with an established Medical Marijuana grower in Vancouver BC, Canada. The company has been growing Medical Marijuana for 5 years. They currently own and operate multiple grow operations throughout British Columbia. They have production capabilities to service thousands of clients with the ability to expand rapidly.
