I'm confused then, doesn't it say R/S right here?
(1) Applicable percentage ownership is based on 3,198,187,425 shares which will be outstanding assuming the
successful completion of the Merger Transaction.
(2) Each of the SoOum shareholders above will receive series B preferred shares in the merger, each of which will
grant them 1,000 votes per share. It is anticipated that at some point these shares will be converted to common shares
after the merger and after a reverse stock split which will align the capital structure of the Company.
