Is this a new hurdle? Absolutely. But it's one brought on by the town.
The town received formal notification by CEN in October 2013 itemizing EVERY proposed intention for the facility.
You think after investing millions into a project - all the time, energy, payroll, construction - that CEN is going to concede and bow out?
HELL NO!
Don't feed into the fear. This industry is going to be huge. And it takes time. This "zoning" bs that's taking placing is a testament of evidence to that logic and an example of potential hurdles en route to obtaining a license.
No one's "packing up and going home." Believe that.
