I think we have a new CEO and this is why Dr. Victor has shifted all his focus now towards Regen Medical. IMO there is something big happening behind the scenes, and Dr. Victor will be part of the BOD.

There have been a few clues here and there. His twitter thing is one thing, but also if you look here
