I have heard of a particular case where TelVue is purchased in a foreign country. The person may not be privy to a level 2 so they are kind of flying in the dark.

They send an online order to a particular broker and it sits on his desk till they look around and shop around so they can squeeze every penny out of a transaction. I have made some suggestions along those lines to those trying to buy.

A friend is someone you can always count on when he needs you.
