If Dougie Mac ever wants to see his ESOP Options package come to fruition, he better listen to The New Owners.

Before I said that both the BOD and CEO were elected by the shareholders. Oops- just the BOD is, the CEO is appointed by the BOD (didn't catch the wording at the time).
