Yeah and he keeps it real, he says, "if this thing gets moving" no one knows what is going on with this stock, it could fly off the handle tomorrow with news...he is just mentioning levels of resistance. He also doesn't say we can't go past .0013 either, he is simply saying that is a resistance point.
