That charge against Rick Weed is definitely a red flag. GRCU and investors must act accordingly. For all we know maybe GRCU knew about this charge and that's why the other legal counsel was recently added. Needless to say I don't think the company should be involved with Mr Weed anymore and if they do decide to let him go I feel like that would be a very strong move that will only increase investor confidence.
