We made what they needed to start
The Shelton plant will become the larger-scale producer.

So they didn't make ANY cides for a year, and then when BASi did the protocol they said they needed only 200g and NNVC produced that within a week or 2? Or did they take a year to produce 200g and BASi said "that's all we need to start?

Either way, they NEVER completed scale up at the existing facility. And this is a croc.

Seymour clearly says the Shelton plant is not ready for larger scale production. How else could you interpret "will become?"

The SwingTrade Portfolio is up 42.1% YTD through 8/8/2014, 83.5% in 2013, and 537.4% since inception.
