So i am trying to learn everything I can about trading and all the tools but my broker account is holding me back. I have options Xpress and the streaming charts a great. But they don't have level 2 quotes. And the streaming quotes tool sucks. So is there any software out there I can download or free websites. I am thinking about just moving to etrade
