Money Flow will not turn into net "in" unless the momentum is picked up via persistent volume:time, not sporadic dumping into a partially propped up bid.
"... artificial momentum is being generated for a short-term push (with/without pump) to generate a pop and a dump into the false "breakout" ..."
This is clear in recent days; but duly noting it involves analysis just a smidge beyond employing chart-KISS & incorrectly suggesting dilution
