Seems like who initiated the suit should be public information. Those that know their way around the web better than I should probably be able to dig that info up. I'm not sure that it really matters although I'm curious. I'm one of thelocals who got into the action by hearing about it from a friend. I have no grounds to sign up to be included. If I had bought in based on the PR's I certainly would consider it. I'd really like to know if the PR's were intentionally misleading or if they were really just the result of some really poor management. It would make losing my money more tolerable to know someone just screwed up (big time). I guess it's all gonna be sorted out. How long do you think it will take for this thing to go before a judge? If the damages are proven and a judgement is made how many millions do you think it will amount to? Is it possible that by the time it gets heard SEVU can have their revenue in shape in order to withstand a negative outcome or are we just gonna go bankrupt? I realise I'm asking you to speculate but I'll grasp at any straw I can right now. All are invited to participate. Anybody? SH
