I think they mean the 15% takes into account what has been converted last week and there is one more note that matures 3/27/15. This has nothing to do with the private placement financing of the $1.5mil. If I were a note holder I would be dumping my shares into news, just be prepared its possible tomorrow if the last conversion was not completed.
