the attention for me is , as in all things, watch the money.
If a release comes out and no action...a little bit of a concern - as to who owns, what $ they have, and how the capital for company is being raised. I would hope that some in inner circle would see appeal in acquiring open shares at this level...so the quiet is a little curious.
But given years of false starts - easy to understand the pool of those watching this are exhausted , arrested or no longer in existence.
I love that we are in something 'green' rather than bathrobes.. hope whatever the biz they are bringing in is already functioning and has revs and has scale in plans that can survive some basic DD. Also that on board, or in positions, staff have some history in creating companies and known in their skill set.
A word about old mgt...i don't think they milked anything here...i had extensive talks with them over the years...and while competence issues are fair game...they could also have easily folded chapter and walked away...any current holders own them that much. They never had a web site, sold a handful of robes...no big $$ anywhere...and think they did likely run up a pile of debt..never got traction with anything
That said - a welcome and good luck shout out to new mgt and team...lets do this right...be the one that breaks the mold with the PS wild west and really scores a big hit!
