The move out of the OTC and on to the NASDAQ will bring this company the increase in PPS. Unfortunately, I feel a potential acquisition has been hurt by this dividend This has now been fulfilled with this dividend. This argument you state is the mentality of this market who only play the news and short the stock til 0. Once we leave this game (OTC) the longs will be rewarded
