btw .. that comes directly from FINRA

i just got off the phone with them (5 mins ago) and explained
the situation as it currently stands with 3 folks (retail)
wanting to buy TEVE shares and denied vs what is *ask* showing via l2

make sure to send a copy of Joe's screen shot in the form filed

they also advised contacting whistleblower @ Finra
