I thought after NV approval it was going to $$$ but it dropped like crazy.. so not sure what your point is

The S1 is not approved yet so the dilution in that S1 has not started.


The NV approval was just a event for Dominion and all the other entities that DP gives shares out to to sell.

I'm not perfect.. so they got a L I was right that it would not help the PPS which it has not
