for the last 5-8 yrs, INCC CEO had many LOSSES..…not paying taxes going BK…., but PROFESSIONALLY all he did was screw INCC's stock price into the ground…….NOT bad enough to shut it down, but INCC went silent and got a sanction…a DTC CHILL…………..some INCC investors thought then, that INCC was golden…………..BIG OOOPS………
