FBEC never give up on a Flex alert

Frontier Beverage Company CEO Issues Shareholder Update

Nov 06, 2014 (eTeligis.com via COMTEX) -- CHEYENNE, WY, United States, via ETELIGIS INC., 11/06/2014 - - Frontier Beverage Company Inc., (OTC Pink: FBEC) (PINKSHEETS: FBEC) today issued an update for the shareholders on the arrival of new CEO, Ian Hobday.
Ian Hobday today provided a further update on key elements of the new strategy for FBEC:

"Going forward, FBEC will change its name to better reflect the nature of its business. The business will focus on helping to produce oil based energy in a cleaner and more environmentally friendly way. The acquisition of oil wells is a first step in this process not only does it generate revenue for the business, but it provides us with the perfect environment to test the products and processes we want to sell in our portfolio. We have already signed an agreement to distribute KruudKleen, a unique product that separates the sludge in oil storage containers and transport solutions (like barges), into its constituent parts (largely oil and water). This allows the water to be re-used and the oil to be sold. Not only does the product save operators time and money in the cleaning process, but they generate revenue through selling the oil and operate in a "greener" way, by being able to re-use the waste water. We expect this product to have a myriad of uses both at home and overseas.

Additionally we are exploring the deployment of vertical wind turbines to generate electricity in remote, land based drilling locations. Currently the electricity at these sites is provided by diesel generators, which are expensive, noisy and generate considerable unwanted pollution. Much if not all of the electricity required can be provided by a unique self-contained design of vertical wind turbine, which we plan to distribute in a number of lucrative regions in the United States. Based on the higher acceptance of this type of solution in Europe, we are investigating several opportunities to distribute the technology there.

We expect to add other technologies and products to this initial offering, which will assist well operators and transport providers to reduce wastage, lower costs and operate in a cleaner more efficient way.

Ian Hobday, CEO, Frontier Beverage Company.
