I don't know look at it this way.
Every time it rallies it's intentionally squashed.
All of a sudden we are in black out? For what ever reason.
Then now the website is miraculously down.

Why not just write in plain English, we want the stock price low so we can get bought out or buy our selves out and take it private.
I know what I see, and there is no way in the stock market people won't notice it, there are too many coincidental things saying this is the case.
Come on the website is miraculously down?
