They are doing it smart now.
Sitting on top and grabbing small buys on the bottom for months.
It's odd every time it rallies there is always around 100k two pennies up just sitting while the volume goes up a nip and up and people jump,ship.
They must be close because the shaningans on the board is less and less too.
If a buy out happens, it's plain stupid management let the price slide to these levels.
