IMO Fan should of Known way in advance that Frank was BLEEDING this company dry, it seems I'am not alone in my opinions.

Still at .0001 with not real hope in sight. All the pumpers from years gone by are here, pumping away. Let's see, correct me if I'm wrong. Fan took over and was going to straighten everything out; file financials with the SEC; keep the stock holders informed; etc; etc;. Now, the financials are in such disorder, he's surprised? Yeah, right. This man is an entrepeneur! Does anyone HONESTLY believe that he DIDN'T KNOW about the financial structure of Q-SCAM??? Does anyone HONESTLY believe that he invested millions and didn't know that Frank had raped the company? Please, give me a break!! This is just another SCAM to get more investors for more profits for the other CEO. Even though I'm out 80K, this is really comical! And what's worse, some on this board are really buying into this SCAM!
