I think it is definite to consider since it will help to maintain the pps at .01.

It will drag down the PPS when one or some loaded holder decided to sell it.
and also, it needs to stay at .01 for 30 days to qualify. And I think some or mostly those long are or will be excited to sell their share when they are able to do.
