I didn't think of this part of the equation. I was only thinking of local short term banking needs and capital funding. You are right though. If this is still considered illegal by the feds, how does reporting earnings work? Is there one MJ company that makes a profit? However, you have companies like GWPH that is touted on CNBC and traded on the NASDAQ, so there must be a loophole of some sort. I will need to dig further...
