The claim was made that Intel was "channel stuffing." Any one who has paid attention over the last 20 years knows that Intel maintains a reserve for products at authorized distributors and closely monitors their inventory. Those distributors serve small OEMs around the world who draw parts on a daily basis.

There is no channel to be "stuffed."

The continued propagation of such lies deserves attention from the SEC.
