Qcom getting clobbered as expected.

QCOM claims CHINA is not paying them their patent dues, well a fabless model does make you more vulnerable to this sort of thing. As I recall QCOM actually went out of the way to give China a better deal on the rates, I guess China wants even a better deal. Intel and every other multinational is vulnerable, the only way to minimize the risk is to let China only be an assembly point and collect patents before assembly. ARM is also very exposed.
